About
At times life can present us with difficult or traumatic experiences that can feel too overwhelming to navigate alone. Working together, we can create a trusting therapeutic relationship in which I will utilize an individualized, integrative approach to therapy. Using a trauma informed strengths-based method to care, I approach each client by considering, “what happened to you?” as opposed to “what is wrong with you?”
My integrative approach to therapy utilizes different modalities appropriate for each client. I consider each client’s family system and their history while connecting to understand their current behaviors and emotions, and it is my hope that each client will move toward their own personal growth in an environment of respect and unconditional support.
I welcome you to reach out to me for a phone consultation to determine if this would be a comfortable therapeutic fit for both of us. Please feel free to contact me with any questions about individual or group therapy.
