My specialties include OCD, panic, anxiety, depression, trauma (PTSD) and rewiring/examining habits. I hold two licenses; a LPC (Licensure Professional Counselor) and a LAC (Licensed Addiction Counselor). Using an empathetic non-judgmental approach, I believe people are more than their diagnosis and mental health struggles.
I use an eclectic therapy approach, however, veer towards CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ERP (Exposure Response Prevention), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), narrative, somatic, person-centered, trauma-informed, intuitive based approaches. I am also trained to do EMDR therapy and have completed EMDRIA approved training.
