I help individuals and couples navigate loss, trauma, relationship problems, and most mental health concerns. Whether you’re working through conflict, facing a major life transition, or find yourself feeling alone and disconnected, I provide a supportive space to heal, build resilience, deepen connection, and move forward with clarity. Many of my clients come to therapy during seasons of transition and uncertainty—college or career adjustment, mid-life concerns, divorce, infertility, postpartum adjustment, or living with chronic illness. My approach is collaborative, relational, and evidence-informed. I primarily draw from psychodynamic, attachment-oriented, and family systems theories to think with my clients about how their current emotional distress, relationship struggles, and ways of coping may be rooted in some of their earliest relationship experiences.
