I also specialize in relationship issues and issues related to career as I have a background in Employee Assistance and Management Consultation.
In session we focus on what you need. This might mean exploring how the past impacts the present, learning new coping skills, changing reactions or behavior, increasing inner wisdom, or improving relationships. I utilize Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I may facilitate the journey but I truly believe you are the expert on yourself. I work with those from a variety of backgrounds differing in culture, race, gender, religion or economic status.
