You may be feeling stuck, anxious, confused, sad or just finding it harder to cope lately. Uncertainty in the world and in our communities can often intensify emotional distress. While each of us holds a natural capacity for healing, my role is to help you identify and remove the obstacles that stand in the way of your well-being, growth and resilience.
I offer a warm, supportive and nonjudgmental space to address a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and addiction. I also specialize in relationship challenges and career-related issues, drawing on my background in Employee Assistance and Management Consultation.
In session we focus on what you need. This might mean exploring how the past impacts the present, learning new coping skills, changing reactions or behavior, increasing inner wisdom, or improving relationships. I utilize Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I may facilitate the journey but I truly believe you are the expert on yourself. I work with those from a variety of backgrounds differing in culture, race, gender, religion or economic status. I approach our collaboration as one where all aspects of who you are is warmly welcomed and respected. Offering confidential in person and phone/video sessions.
