I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing psychotherapy and ADHD/ADD assessment services for adults. I have a warm, outgoing therapeutic style and provide a safe, intimate relationship, while challenging you with care and compassion to live a more satisfying life. I help clients better understand their own relationships and behavior patterns, manage strong emotions, increase mindfulness and purposefulness, and cultivate greater compassion. Many of my clients seek treatment to develop skills and achieve relief from distressing symptoms so they can get on with their lives. Others prefer a less structured approach to therapy to better understand the past, identify obstacles to personal goals and develop a more mindful approach to life.
I also provide ADHD/ADD assessment for adults. Other issues like depression or anxiety can look similar to ADD/ADHD, making it difficult for most therapists to make a clear diagnosis. Together, we will determine whether ADD/ADHD is affecting you and identify treatment options.
