I believe that we all possess strengths that can help us overcome life’s challenges and am honored to hold space and be present with my clients as we walk the path to fulfilment and peace. I work primarily with adults and the geriatric population and serve clients who struggle with day-to-day issues including anxiety, sadness, guilt and shame, relationship troubles, boundary setting, stress management, healthy coping, and maintaining wellness. As a clinical social worker and LIMHP, I also have experience with Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Neurocognitive Disorders (dementia).
I focus on developing the supportive and collaborative relationship that will help my clients reach their therapeutic goals through improved insight and self-awareness. I approach each client as the unique individual they are as we co-create a treatment plan built on a foundation of compassion, positivity, and strengths.
