With over 24 years of experience in the social services field and 10 years in mental health counseling, I bring much experience and a deep commitment to serving diverse populations. Whether you are looking for traditional talk-therapy or looking to take a deep dive into aversive childhood experiences or trauma experienced as an adult, I offer various treatment modalities to best meet your needs. I am experienced in treating anxiety, depression, conflicted interpersonal relationships, and parent-child relational concerns.
The majority of my experiences include working with adolescents and their families affected by traumatic or aversive life experiences. I also have experience working with adults who struggle with addiction, childhood trauma, depression, PTSD, and anxiety.
A little about me... I grew up in rural Ohio and Kentucky. I have a deep love for Appalachia and it's people. I have two adult children, one grandchild and another on the way. I love spending time with my family. My frenchie, Osiris, is one of my best friends and he tags along with me. My passion is to help others achieve their mental wellness goals.
