I am a LCSW with over 15 years experience who is passionate about meeting the needs of individuals and helping others to understand the impact of mental health and trauma on individual behaviors and relationships with others.
I take a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy. I assist others in gaining an awareness and understanding of self and their thoughts and behaviors. By gaining an understanding of self, individuals can begin to reframe negative thinking patterns and change behaviors to improve overall well-being and relationships with others.
I strive to provide a safe, inviting environment that allows individuals to be comfortable in expressing themselves and their needs. I work to listen without judgement while helping you to develop skills to improve your overall well-being and your relationships with others.
