Adulthood comes with many pressures and expectations all while adding the difficulty of navigating cultural stressors and first-generational hardships. Sometimes we feel like we must have our lives figured out whether it is looking for a job, deciding what career to pursue, complex relationships, self-doubt, or uncertainty. These pressures and expectations for our lives can be overwhelming and sometimes we would like to talk about these feelings with someone. Lack of motivation, procrastination, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and stress can prevent us from becoming the person who we aspire to be.

While integrating strength-based and a person-centered approach, I offer a safe and comforting space to the LatinX community by helping first-generation young adults find their purpose in life and helping individuals heal past wounds and break through emotional barriers to become empowered and confident.
