I utilize evidence based practices including but not limited to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma Informed Care, and Harm Reduction. I work to ensure that individuals feel supported and empowered while holding safe space for self-reflection, guidance, connection, validation, self-awareness, and self-determination.
