I believe that each person should be treated with compassion and understanding. I have experience working with a variety of clients. I have worked with children and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, and trauma. I’ve also worked with adults in many of these same areas, in addition to parenting issues, addictions, and relational issues. I have been in private practice for the last 7 years. Prior to that, I worked in an outpatient clinic for 5 years specializing in faith based counseling. I have worked in both outpatient and partial hospital settings.
Most recently, I completed my certification in perinatal mental health. I have seen a need in this area, and I have enjoyed working with this population. I am looking forward to continuing my work in this field and encourage you to reach out if you feel you could benefit from this type of therapy.
