Acting up! Social Skills group
Acting Up! is a fun, interactive social skills group for neurodivergent kids aged 8-10 or those building confidence in social settings. Led by Licensed Professional Counselor Laura Samalya, the group uses improvisation games and role-play to practice communication and navigate social situations. Rooted in Dr. Matthew Lerner's evidence-based techniques, we take a relational approach, fostering trust, rapport, and collaboration. In a safe, inclusive space, kids are gently encouraged to connect, celebrate differences, and discover their unique voices. At Acting Up!, social learning is all about building relationships, confidence, and having fun while growing together.
