I have been working in the mental health field for 20 year and I specializes in the treatment of trauma, alcohol and other drug addictions, chronic pain, depression, and anxiety. I works with individuals, families, adolescents, adults, and children (ages 12 years and older); and all genders and sexualities. I specializes in working with adolescents and families struggling with trauma and addiction.

I utilizes a client-centered, systems-perspective approach to treatment which includes mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

My work in the mental health field is to support others to heal, and guide them to the possibilities of being healthier, emotionally stronger, self-accepting, recovered, and - yes - BRAVER. I believe the mental health journey is a partnership that creates sustainable change in one's life. I look forward to our work together!
