Anger, depression, anxiety, grief, outbursts, self-doubt, self-sabotage, feeling on edge... these can all be symptoms of complex trauma. If you've tried talk therapy over and over and are still feeling stuck, let's talk. I focus on EMDR intensives, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, parts work, and somatic techniques to address the roots of cumulative trauma in ways that talk therapy just can't much of the time.

I will tailor your experience with specific EMDR protocols to meet your unique needs, as well as integrative interventions that support the mind, body, and spirit's healing process. I can also integrate psychedelic work into EMDR sessions. I work primarily with adults who have experienced childhood abuse, relational trauma, religious trauma, and C-PTSD.

You are the expert of your own life. I won't try to "fix" you - that's not what therapy is about. I believe that we each have the ability to heal our wounds. I'm currently only accepting new clients for EMDR and KAP Intensives. EMDR intensives involve anywhere from 4-12 hours of EMDR therapy within one week. Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy is offered either as an intensive, for the whole journey, or in a series of integration sessions after ketamine treatments. EMDR can be used in integration sessions as well.
