Sometimes it can feel challenging to navigate growth and change on your own. I'd like to help you find clarity and relief. I see therapy as a collaborative space to increase self-understanding, build self-compassion, and practice healthier communication. In session, I lead with warmth and curiosity and love to connect with my patients through humor. Together, we will observe and deepen awareness of your thought patterns and emotional experiences. Through self-reflection, we'll work to harness your strengths and bring new perspective to self-critical thoughts, difficult or uncomfortable emotions, and self-sabotaging behaviors.
I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. I also enjoy helping individuals explore sexual/gender identity and multicultural/multiracial identity concerns. As a multiculturally responsive therapist, I encourage conversations around all parts of your identity - whether visible or invisible - and I strive to know you holistically.
As your therapist, I'll use evidence-based approaches as a guide while honoring the importance of personal experiences and emotional narratives. This means I trust scientific research to support our work, while also understanding that genuine, human connection holds tremendous healing power. Have questions or ready to get started?
