I work with individuals, couples, and groups. I am a trauma-focused clinician with experience supporting people who have encountered trauma at various points across the lifespan. I work from a trauma-informed lens and have particular expertise with active-duty military, veterans, first responders, complex PTSD, and individuals with co-occurring disorders. I am drawn to working with client's who have deep commitment heal, and value the resilience, complexity, and unique stressors they carry into our sessions. I approach therapy with curiosity about your lived experience, believing in it we can find your place to heal.
My work integrates holistic interventions with evidence-based theories. I specialize in integrative trauma therapies designed to address complex trauma presentations. I am trained in shamanic reiki, which I utilize ethically and intentionally, guided by your needs and goals. I collaborate with you to identify interventions that resonate with your healing.
I strive to offer a steady refuge where people can reconnect with their inner light, grounded in a deep belief in human resilience and the spirit’s natural capacity to heal, as certain as the sun’s daily rise and fall.
