Hello! I’ll keep it short and simple – I love working with women, couples, veterans, infants, children, tweens, teens, and young adults – especially on issues like self-worth, relationships, anxiety, trauma, parenting, and faith/spirituality. As an educator, professional, volunteer, and counselor I have diverse experiences working with people. My credentials include Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health, Licensed Professional Counselor (Georgia), Nationally Certified Counseling, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
Personally, I am wife to a veteran, mother, biracial, and Christian (raised Jewish). I know what it’s like to be in counseling and work on the hard stuff – and more importantly how amazing progress feels.
