Being Conscious is a spiritual practice that is a life long practice and I work with conscious uncoupling and healling. I facilitate healing, harmony and wholeness. I see you as whole already. I facilitate self-acceptance and compassion and greater love. I have a 30 year practice of meditation and spiritual study that informs my work.
