As a previous classroom educator and Dyslexia Specialist, I am passionate about helping people grow and learn in the classroom and through mental health counseling. I utilize a Child-Centered and Adlerian approach to play therapy to speak to children through their language, which is play. Attuning to teenagers and adults to help them gain self-awareness regarding their thoughts and insecurities and build inner strength/resilience is an innate passion I possess.
I provide therapy for children through adulthood, parent coaching focusing on child attunement, and I am a certified Autplay Therapist focusing on neurodivergent client needs. My expertise includes multiple presenting concerns, anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, attachment disorders, behavioral concerns, and parenting stresses.
