I love helping people take a step back from their current stressors to see more clearly and make holistic, lasting changes in their lives and relationships. Meeting with me is a safe space to be unfiltered and honest. By combining a Biblical worldview and proven psychological strategies, I have worked with individuals and couples for over a decade to help them find practical, healing solutions that fit specifically for where they're at.

I enjoy meeting with adults and teenagers experiencing a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, identity concerns, stress, life transitions, and relationship difficulties to name a few. When meeting with adolescents, I also enjoy working together with their parents/families to strengthen family relationships and support systems.
