About
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and I am certified by the National Register of Health Service Psychologists. In therapy, I take a holistic approach to treatment and offer a supportive and collaborative environment in which to build a therapeutic alliance, explore difficulties, and assist clients in learning new ways of coping in order to facilitate change and experience optimal symptom relief. I have expertise in treating anxiety, depression, trauma and loss, and relationship issues.
Therapeutic services that I provide include individual therapy for adolescents (ages 16+) and adults. Psychological assessments/evaluations can be conducted with those ages 6 and up, with specialties that include ADHD diagnostic evaluations, psychoeducational evaluations (learning disabilities, gifted), fitness for duty, and public safety evaluations.
I completed my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas with internship and fellowship training at Parkland Health and Hospital System and Children's Medical Center Dallas.
