I specialize in treating trauma, chronic symptoms, anxiety, and codependency. Through connection with your mind, energy, and soul, I identify the root cause of repeating cycles so you can master your emotions, thoughts, and relationships. With full presence in these sessions, you will know exactly what you want and make confident decisions going forward.
My style is very informal. Let's talk openly about what you're looking for, desire, & feel interferes with your most joyful life. We are both experts here - you on yourself & your history, & I on transformational skills, underlying subconscious patterns, & the direction your soul is leading you.
