Accepting New Short-term (6-months or less) Clients. Entering therapy can be one of the most important things that you can do for yourself. I also realize for some people, it is the scariest thing they could do. My promise to you is that I will provide you a nonjudgmental place to sort out whatever you bring to our space and time. As an Adlerian therapist, I believe therapy is a collaborative process; it is two people working together to solve a problem. Therapy can be hard work, but I have a strong belief in the use of humor to facilitate the process and to sometimes just take a much needed break.
Specialties: Couple's, anxiety, depression. I enjoy helping a couple achieve greater relational happiness. (However, I also know that not all relationships can, or should be, saved. I can help guide you through this tough decision.) Likewise, seeing an individual burdened by anxiety/depression be transformed and fully engage in life, is why I do what I do.
My office is out of my home. This was an intentional decision: I wanted to create a space that was less clinical and more comfortable. Please do not hesitate to reach out and ask questions. The success of your therapy greatly relies on the connection and trust you build with your therapist.
