I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience working with adults and late adolescents to address a broad range of concerns. I specialize in treating OCD, OCD Spectrum disorders, and anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety, social anxiety, specific phobia, panic disorder) using empirically supported treatments (Exposure and Response Prevention, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches). I also have extensive experience treating depression, disordered eating, stress around life transitions, and relationship concerns.
I use a compassionate, collaborative approach to partner with clients to develop insight into their struggles and tailor evidence-based strategies to their unique concerns and goals to help them move forward. I am passionate about empowering clients to make changes when they are feeling stuck.
I strive to create an atmosphere of openness and trust, and bring warmth and authenticity to the therapy relationship. I care about and hold deep respect for my clients and the courage it takes to seek out therapy. I practice from a Health At Every Size approach.
