I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston in 2009. In 2019, I completed a Master of Arts with a concentration in clinical mental health from Sam Houston State University. After 14 years in education as a special education high school math teacher, I began counseling at a non-profit in 2022.
Having also worked in special education and inclusive strategies, I bring a holistic perspective to counseling, understanding the unique needs of diverse individuals. I emphasize empathy, active listening, and collaborative goal setting, ensuring that every client feels heard, respected, and supported.
