It's amazing how our life can affects us, sometimes good and sometimes bad. I believe that life is about taking small steps to help us achieve our overall goals. Unfortunately, challenges, stressors and doubts can get in our way, making our journey difficult, confusing, uncertain and sometimes scary. I am here to help and support you on your journey. After working in non profits organizations, I have over 9 years of experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, domestic violence, parenting issues, grief/loss, sexual assault, generational trauma, co parenting struggles, work related stressors and suicide.
I have conducted therapy with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach, from solution focused to cognitive behavioral, trauma focused and evidence based therapies. I work with my clients to to identify what you need so we can work together to bring you peace and fulfillment.
My goal has always been to provide a safe and comfortable environment for my clients. I am focused on bringing patience, compassion and have a direct style so all of my clients can be met with nonjudgement, validation, respect and kindness.
