About
It is important for an individual to be free from the fear that does not allow one to reach a place of understanding and self-acceptance. Whether it is struggling with a past trauma, loneliness, anxiety, anger, fear of not being accepted, feelings of being “too much” or “not enough”, I practice from a place of compassion and non-judgement. When a client expresses, they are ready for a change, I will “meet them where they are at” in the therapeutic process. I enjoy working with diverse populations, at any stage in life, including individuals who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Treatments are developed to meet each individual's unique needs. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients & families of all ages to empower growth. I utilize an integrative, person-centered, holistic approach, expressive therapies, and mindfulness to best address each client's unique concerns
I will utilize Expressive therapies and Mindfulness. In using mindfulness, I encourage clients to develop an authentic mind-body connection due to the importance of meeting each individual client "where they are" in life’s journey emotionally, spiritually & psychologically. It is important for my clients to be heard and recognized for their importance!
