There is power in being seen. I want to help you experience that power in clarity. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy and work with my clients to create personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or just feeling overwhelmed, I'm here to provide support and guidance. I meet my clients where they are and journey alongside them with whatever struggles and victories life may bring. Navigating this life can be difficult, but you don't have to do it alone.

I would love to work together to explore and find the treatment plan that works for you. My treatment interests include trauma, enneagram work, spiritual formation, anxiety, depression, career counseling, and self-esteem issues. My sessions focus on improving clients' physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

Everyone is welcome. I do my best to provide a safe and comfortable space for my clients. I am of Christian faith, but I integrate spirituality into the counseling process in accordance with my clients' interest and comfort level. Email is preferred communication.
