With over 20 years of experience in Human Services, I have had the privilege of working with individuals across a broad spectrum of disabilities and mental health concerns. My journey in this field began with a bachelor's degree in social work in 2002 and a master’s degree in psychology in 2011. For the past 12 years, I have worked with clients with disabilities and severe and persistent mental health disorders in the community and residential areas. I am currently pursuing my MSW at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
I am currently working on certification for EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), as well as ERP (Exposure Response Prevention) for OCD and anxiety disorders. I have training in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) for a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and OCD.
Having personally experienced and overcome trauma, I bring empathy and insight into my therapeutic practice. I am passionate about helping clients navigate complex emotions and achieve personal growth.
