I specialize in several areas of human sexuality including medical disorders, betrayal trauma, affair recovery, childhood sexual abuse, healthy sexuality, and consulting with organizations on safe child policies. I will work with you in an understanding and compassionate manner as you are on your healing journey as well as help you improve your sex life.
As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), I offer specialized treatment for those affected by trauma by helping clients regain the use of a more regulated nervous system. This gentle yet powerful method of working with the body can help decrease symptoms of anxiety, depression and PTSD. This is life changing!
Additionally, I work with betrayed partners of sex addicts in a compassionate and caring environment as well as work with individuals with Sex Addiction. As the only female CSAT and one of 2 CSAT therapists in the area, I will help guide you and assist in your recovery in a compassionate and caring manner while gently challenging maladaptive behaviors.
