Counseling is a journey of self-exploration. Many clients are aware of what needs to change to improve their life but need encouragement and a safe place without judgement. My client population has been diverse in ethnicity, sexual orientation & stage of life. I work with individuals, couples, and blended families.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Family Systems Therapy, Client Centered, and Strength Based, but I also integrate elements from other modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to meet each client's unique needs.
