I offer my clients compassion, feedback, tools, and a safe, non-judgmental place to share and work through their emotional pain.

I am person-centered and attachment-based in my approach to helping. My goal is to learn about your life, past and present, and help you as you navigate your relationships, mental health, and life transitions. I use Emotion-Focused Therapy when working with couples and individuals, and also offer tools and skills where needed.
