Having walked through a long journey of chronic illness with several members of my family, I understand grief and trauma on a personal level. I find value in helping clients examine themselves holistically (mind, body, spirit, emotions) to determine their next steps toward healing. I especially enjoy helping clients process any trauma or PTSD that is keeping them from moving forward in their lives.
I am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting (Level 2). I am a certified biblical counselor. I practice an integrative model of psychotherapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a base.
