Please note that I am not currently providing psychotherapy. I am a clinical psychologist with 15 years working with patients in a variety of settings presenting with a wide range of diagnoses and concerns. Currently, my practice focusses on using my clinical skills with children of all ages to provide parent coaching. I offer clinical expertise and guidance about developmental stages. I suggest individualized behavioral strategies and effective ways of communicating with your children, creating more peace for your family.
Parenting children of any age is challenging for everyone! It can be incredibly difficult to navigate certain stages of child development or know how to respond when our children present with strong emotions. I provide parenting coaching to those parents looking for support with issues that commonly arise in children, teens and young adults.
Additionally, i meet with clinicians seeking supervision to talk through how they can better understand and help their patients, as we all have those patients with whom we feel “stuck”. My clinical experience working with clients with a wide range of issues and diagnoses helps inform how I support my supervisees.
