I know what it’s like to feel hopeless and like life will never get better. I know it can feel like the whole world is stacked against you and no one wants to help.

I became a therapist to support people as they explore and define their values and identity, as well as to help them find their resilience and inner resources. I know how critical both individual and societal connections are to well-being. I’m dedicated to exploring the connection between emotional, physical, and spiritual healing.

I understand how difficult it can be to feel disconnected from yourself, others or the world around you. You can connect to your values and your community.
