I offer a client centered, attachment–based and a wholistic approach to counseling, integrating the needs of mind, heart, and body. My primary therapy modalities include Somatic, EMDR, ACT, and Family Systems. I also teach many different skills to help you on your journey.
I strive to offer a safe and non-judgmental space to explore mental health issues, relational pain, and traumas. I primarily meet with adults 18+ years experiencing: Relational Issues, Family of Origin Issues, Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Codependency, Divorce, Life Transitions, Complex and Developmental Trauma, and Spiritual and Religious Trauma.

We are offering a therapy group: Reclaiming Your Spirituality. This group will be led by Laura Boothe, LPC and April Hallwell, ALC This 7-week group is for individuals who are questioning, redefining, or healing from difficult religious or spiritual experiences. It offers a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore belief, identity, and meaning alongside others who are asking similar questions.
