Therapy is a space to slow down and begin to understand the patterns, protective strategies, and histories that have shaped how you experience yourself and relate to others, creating meaningful opportunities for growth and change in yourself and your relationships.
My approach is relational and trauma-informed. I draw from depth-oriented, mindfulness, and somatic practices to support experiences that can be difficult to access through words alone. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in a safe and attuned relationship where you can explore what arises with steadiness and support.
