She earned her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Amberton University while doing her practicum at HOPEworks.
Prior to joining HOPEworks, Laura Lyn worked 15 years at Hope For The Heart, a Christian counseling ministry, where she focused attentively to implement quality assurance processes for each counseling resource, covering over 100 topical life concerns.
