I am an experienced therapist who works with children, adolescents and young adults.I provide treatment for: depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship/family of origin issues, life transitions, and childhood trauma. As a first generation, daughter of immigrants, I have an interest and specialty in working with people who identify as first and second generation.Therapy can be a supportive space where you can process feelings, and through gentle guidance identify your values and goals.
Through the use of evidence-based interventions I help clients process feelings, identify triggers, and learn healthier ways to express and manage their emotions. I believe in focusing on the unique strengths that individuals possess and helping them identify their values and goals.
