I use my ADHD/ AudHD background, with thorough clinical experience, to help you show up more fully, honestly, and joyfully in the world. Together, let's: clarify your goals, build problem solving skills, identify patterns of self-sabotage or perfectionism; create more daily presence; learn emotional regulation skills; and increase self awareness and growth.
