It's important to find the right therapist you can trust. I have worked as a therapist for 38 years to help people heal and grow into who they really are. We are created with natural instincts to connect, trust, and love. When we experience early suffering, distress, or trauma, it disrupts our development, and we develop strategies to deal with the challenges and pain. The NARM approach assists us in coming back to our God-given nature by exploring how we adapted to survive difficult circumstances as children. This awareness helps connect us to our ability to choose how we want to respond to life and its challenges.

As a therapist, my specialties address relationship issues, addictions, depression, finances and trauma. Laura is dedicated to providing high quality therapeutic experiences by co-designing individualized intensives, retreats and workshops with clients to meet their unique needs and goals.

My Christian faith may add to your experience, and I can include spirituality in the counseling experience. NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) is a client-led and simplistic approach to treating complex issues.
