Looking for a therapist who has a personable approach to therapy? My goal is to make therapy a pleasant and positive experience using a genuine and personable approach. I specialize in individual therapy for adults seeking support for depression and anxiety. Expect the use of colorful language and humor. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is my primary modality and helps individuals connect to what matters, make space for discomfort, and live a life worth living.
I have advanced training in the use of ACT for depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. I have extensive experience working with adults seeking to improve their psychological flexibility.
