4/26: Prospective clients on waitlist. I provide individual and couples therapy, and offer in person sessions (N. Raleigh) and virtual sessions. Some issues I commonly work with include: relationship difficulties, anxiety/depression, neurodiversity, LGBTQIA related issues, health issues (cancer, chronic illness), academia/career stressors, perfectionism, religious/relational trauma, CPSTD, and life transitions (such as new parenthood, moving, etc). My therapeutic style is warm, empathic, and I value humor in sessions. I strive to provide a space of care and understanding, where you can be you, and feel heard.

I have over 19 years of clinical experience and am IFS Level 2 trained and use a trauma informed, neurodiverse, and intersectional lens. I emphasize how your current strengths support you already, as well as offer strategies to build resilience and balance. I am trained in a variety of modalities, and will foster skills personalized to your specific needs.
