Hello! My name is Laura Lichti, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of clinical experience. There are so many demands in life, and many of us go through periods of time that feel especially challenging, taxing, and sometimes overwhelming. Even when practicing healthy coping strategies, a lot of people find it beneficial to seek additional support, and taking time for therapy is a lot like pushing the 'pause' button.
My hope for those seeking support is that they find a safe space in which to share their experiences, and take steps to engage in their best life. My work as a person-centered therapist stems from my core belief that therapeutic work is best done within the strengths-based, supportive structure of a healthy, dynamic client/therapist relationship.
