About
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist living and working in the Edmonds, WA area. I graduated with my Master of Science in Marriage and Family therapy in 2016 from Friends University in Wichita, KS. I currently work at Snohomish Psychology Associates, PLLC in Edmonds, WA, serving adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I tailor evidence-based treatment to each client and the specific needs of that client. Collaboratively with the client, we work towards goals that the client would like to achieve in their life.
I will use my knowledge, training, and experience to assist clients in bringing awareness to their interconnected patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that can lead to delayed progress in various areas of a person's life and work with them to change patterns that have held them stuck in unproductive ways of living and experiencing life.
Life is hard, all people have difficulties that are beyond their abilities to manage at some time. This can impact mental health and physical health due to them being directly connected. Take care of yourself, if you aren't sure how, please feel free to contact me, we can figure that out together.
