Hello and welcome! I have experience working with trauma, PTSD, domestic violence victims, health issues, depression, anxiety, grief, and many other issues. I like to begin by getting to know my client and their specific needs so that we can work together to identify their goals for therapy and devise a plan of action for treatment. I take an integrative person-centered approach to therapy. I am a compassionate, non-judgmental therapist. I work with clients from all walks of life. I have experience working with couples, the LGBTQIA2S+ community, Women’s Safe Shelter, Cancer patients/survivors, Veterans, First Responders and more
I enjoy getting to know my clients. We develop short and long-term goals based on your preferences. I offer culturally-sensitive, inclusive services with respect for the client's definition of self. I offer the option of short and longterm therapy. At times, a visit or two may be all that is needed to help clients move forward.
Listening is my favorite approach. I am especially sensitive hearing and understanding other people’s emotional pain or traumas. I help my clients to determine his/her/their goals and achieve success in their lives.

Transfam Support Group
This group a support group for Transgender folks and all folks under the trans umbrella, such as MTF, FTM, trans masculine, trans feminine, nonbinary, gender fluid, gender queer, questioning, etc. Friends, family and allies are welcome. We maintain a safe space for transgender folks to share their journeys and experiences with each other and receive positive support for their lives.
