Satya Awakened: Dismantling Limiting Stories

Satya (Truth) Awakened: Dismantling Limiting Stories is a 4-week therapy group designed to help participants identify, challenge, and replace fearful self-talk with positive, empowering beliefs. Through the integration of Schema Therapy, Yoga Therapy, and chanting of Yoga Sutras, each 60-minute session combines physical movement, mindfulness, self-reflection, and group discussion. Participants will gain tools to transform limiting stories, build emotional regulation, and cultivate lasting change in their thought patterns and self-perception.
