I believe that everyone deserves to have a safe and welcoming space to enter where they can work on whatever is on their mind without having to be concerned about what the therapist thinks or feels. I have a strong focus on addressing the unique needs of individuals facing Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, addiction and substance use challenges, older adult psychological and neuropsychological concerns, as well as trauma-related issues. I also offer psychological and neuropsychological assessment services.
I am a post-doctoral fellow at Flores Wellness and under the supervision of licensed psychologist Dr. Brian Flores, Psy.D. I only accept BCBS ppo insurance plans or self pay. I offer sliding scale fees or flexible payment options to accommodate various financial situations and will be determined on a case by case basis.

ADHD Skills Group
If you or someone you know is struggling with ADHD, it can feel incredibly frustrating and defeating. This group is designed to help individuals find adaptive ways to cope with and honor their neuro-diversity. The group consists of an 8-week curriculum that meets weekly. Group topics include psychoeducation about ADHD, response inhibition, working memory, sense of time, prospective memory, emotion regulation, self activation, persistence, emotions, and relationships. Group members are encouraged to bring any additional topics that they want to talk about to session or clinician to integrate into sessions.
