Telehealth therapy available for clients who live in Calif. Evening appts. available. I am a compassionate, supportive, culturally competent, intelligent therapists who has the experience to connect with others. I offer this to my clients. I will get to the issues during the first session and help clients set goals for therapy. I have experience working with clients from different cultures struggling w/symptoms of depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief/loss, complex prolonged grief, sexual assault, complex trauma, communication issues, childless by choice or not by choice, IVF, parenting, PTSD, addiction.
I am constantly taking classes, engaged in consultation, a life long learner, & 27 yrs teaching as a tenured college professor. LGBTQI and BIPOC are encouraged to reach out. I work with the client where they are and use many modalities from somatic work, humanistic to Internal Family Systems.
It is important that you know that you are not alone. I work with clients to help them reconnect with their inner self and learn to better connect with others. I support personal growth, exploration of self, and insight as you walk through your personal journey.
